The Water Refill is delivered in a 1000 L tank on the back of a bakkie or with a 5000 L tank on a 8 ton truck.

Water Refill prices are excl VAT & delivery charges. 4051 postcode is free delivery for 2024.

To Book your Water Refill Order

Once the booking is received, you will be given a time slot for your water refill.

A non refundable 50% deposit secures the water refill booking.  Send POP to 07414 69330 or sa@laduuuuma.com

Delivery Preparation

Once the POP is received, Laduuuuma will start to fill the tank and attend to your water refill request.

There is no refund if the delivery is canceled during the water refill prep time.

Payment

Invoice will be done when the water refill is booked. 50% non refundable deposit paid for the preparation to commence.

50% final payment due when delivery reaches destination.

Payment is made prior to commencement of filling tanks. POP to same contacts.

Cancellation & Delay Policy

50% cancellation fee applicable after the order is accepted. Additionally if no client is available on site at time of delivery. 100% of the invoice is due.

To Note

It is essential to notify Laduuuuma regarding any of the following:

If access issues for an 8 Ton truck.

Pumping the water refill more than two stories.

Any access restrictions, eg housing estate.

If the water refill requires more than 50 m of pipe.

The client takes responsibility for damages caused during the process of the water refill, when the truck is driven onto the property.

Any cash orders must have prior approval and by arranged in advance.

Water Types, Safety & Risk

Potable water is stored water suitable for human consumption.

Potable water is for drinking, bathing, showering, washing of dishes and utensils.

It is vital that after the water refill is delivered, the client understands that their tanks storing potable water need to conform to safety standards so that water stored is safe for drinking.

The Client assumes all risk & responsibility for the water refill purchased.

Once the water refill delivery has occurred, the ownership of the water and all risks associated with consumption of the water pass to the Client.

It is essential that clients understand that contamination can occur after the water refill service it is their responsibility to ensure the water continues to be safe for human consumption during storage and after delivery.

Non-potable water is not appropriate for human consumption & human contact:

Uses include plumbing, gardening applications, washing machine water, toilet and urinal flushing.

The non potable water refill service is clean run off water untreated.

The Client indemnifies Laduuuuma for any misuse or human consumption  that may result from the use of this water refill service.

Access

The Customer shall ensure clear and free access to the water refill delivery site at all times.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the site, including, without limitation, damage to pathways, driveways, concrete, paved or grass areas.

Site Storage Tanks

Potable water refills delivered to clients is safe at the time of delivery.

Maintenance of the safety and quality of the water refill is the client must ensure the environment of the storage tanks is fit for purpose and that the water is safe to drink after storage.

The Customer acknowledges that where possible, any tank storing the Goods should be positioned in a shaded area and it is recommended the tank is painted a light colour to minimize loss of water through evaporation.
